Our professional office was established in 1991 to meet the visual needs of children and adults who live in central Pennsylvania. We offer a complete optical dispensary with over 500 frames, including sunglasses, sports goggles, and safety glasses. Our office fits all types of contact lenses: daily-wear, extended-wear, astigmatic, bifocal, and clored types. Visual therapy is available for patients with disorders of accommodation and binocular vision. Non-surgical correction of vision is offered to patients using gas-permeable contacts (Ortho-K). Our office accepts outside prescriptions and we do welcome walk-ins on a daily basis. Bowmansdale Optical accepts most major vision insurance plans.
